Monstera aurea variegated is a small form, formerly known as borsigiana type that attains maximum leaf size when climbing on support, such as a moss pole or trellis. 

The variegated Monstera is an evergreen climber with very large, deeply-lobed, dark green leaves with golden yellow variegation that can reach up to 3 feet in length. It prefers humid conditions and bright, indirect light but can tolerate some shade. Water the plant thoroughly when the soil is dry at least halfway down the pot.
