Sales & Refund Policy
All Plant sales are final.
We understand that you may be disappointed with your order if it doesn't arrive in the condition we shipped it. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we may offer an exchange if there is evidence of extraordinary shipping damage.
In these instances, we will exchange for a plant(s) of equal value, and when this is not possible, a refund may be applied to the original method of payment upon successful return of the original purchase. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt to file your claim.
We reserve the right to refuse any claims where there is evidence of negligence or undue practice such as premature and/or careless repotting, pruning, and/or application of abrasive chemicals and pesticides.
To ensure that your claim is processed correctly and quickly, we will require photos of the plants and packaging to ascertain the extent of the damage.
Shipping costs may be incurred for both the return of the original plant(s) and the replacement(s) on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at any time.
