If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Plants are ineligible for refund. An exchange may be warranted in cases of extraordinary shipping damage, damaging and active pest infestation or non-viability of plant material. Where an exchange for plant(s) of equal value or lesser value is not possible, a refund will be applied to the original method of payment upon successful return of plant material.
We reserve the right to reject any claims where there is evidence of negligence or undue practice such as premature repotting, pruning, or application of abrasive chemicals and pesticides. Photos will be requested of plants and packaging to ascertain validity of claim.
If the order you received has been subject to intensive shipping damage or is deemed DOA you must contact us within (5) days of receipt to file your claim.
In the event an exchange is approved, shipping costs may be charged to your account for both the return of the original plant(s) and the replacement(s).
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at any time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date that you have received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
