Where are you located?
We are located in Toronto. We do not operate a physical store, and our grow space is not open for public entry. All shopping can be done through our web store and orders are shipped out or held for local pickup.
Where do you ship?
We ship from Toronto to your doorstep, all across Canada. At this time we do not ship outside of Canada. All orders with live plants are shipped with Fedex - all rates reflect a transit time between 1-3 days, depending on where you live.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes, simply select pickup at checkout. We will contact you to arrange a day and time for pickup.
I've never ordered live plants online before, how are your products shipped?
We ship in secure, reinforced boxes to prevent movement and damage. All orders are wrapped in-pot to minimize transit stress and ensure the best delivery possible.
During the colder months we add complimentary long-lasting heat packs to provide protection from the cold.
Please note, you are expected to make reasonable arrangements to receive your order at delivery. If you will not be available for an extended period of time to receive your order please contact us to arrange delayed shipping. We’d be happy to hold on to your order at your convenience.
Do you provide wholesale?
At this time we do not provide wholesale.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Only when plants are healthy, strong and established do we offer them for sale. For this reason, pre-orders are not usually offered as it can be difficult to predict readiness.
How do I add to an existing order?
If you wish to add to an existing order, don't pay for shipping twice. Instead, checkout as normal but select "Pickup/Add to Existing Order" as your delivery method. We'll do our best to combine your orders for you, and if there are any additional charges we will let you know.
