To our US customers, thanks for your interest in shopping with House of Monstera.
We're excited to announce that we've opened to the USA.
Here are some things to know: 

  • Our general web store is not open to US customers at this time.

  • Auctions are open to the contiguous USA. Specimens at auction are not listed on our web store due to their extraordinary scarcity. If there is a particular product you have seen previously in our auctions please contact us about future listings/current availability. 

  • We are a micro-nursery with a focus on in-house propagation and as such our general availability is limited. As specimens become ready they are prioritized to Canadian customers and made sellable on our web store. With that said, we are able to fulfill custom orders for US customers that meet the following:

      • Order total exceeds $500 USD. This is due to the time-consuming process of Phytosanitary Certification. You can estimate your order total by browsing the existing prices on our web store. Please note, Canadian pricing will slightly differ. If there is a plant you do not see currently offered, you are welcome to inquire and we will inform you about possible availability and pricing

      • Must have a mailing address within the contiguous USA 

  • Orders ship with a Canadian Phytosanitary Certificate (a processing fee of $50 USD applies) to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Plants will ship from our location in Toronto and arrive bare-root in appropriate packing medium as per USDA regulations. 

  • USPS 2-3 Day Shipping is our primary shipping method, not including customs delays. If there is alternative method you would like to use, please inquire and we will do our best to make the necessary arrangements.  

    • The average processing time to fulfill custom orders is 12 weeks, depending on the size of your order and projected availability of stock. Please use the form attached to request a custom order. 

      • Expect a response from us within two business days. We will inform you what plants can be fulfilled from your request, shipping cost, and offer a Guaranteed Ship Date. Again: the average processing time to fulfill custom orders is 12 weeks, depending on the size of your order and projected availability of stock. Remember, no two plants ever root/grow at the same rate, but we will work hard to fulfill your request as fast as we can. 

      • Orders are not subject to change and non-refundable any time before your Guaranteed Ship Date.
