Where are you located?
We are located in Toronto, Canada. While we don't have a physical retail space open to the public, you can order from us and get your items shipped or picked up from our Geary Avenue pickup point.
Where do you ship?
We're proud to offer shipping services that will have your orders delivered quickly and efficiently all across Canada, as well as the contiguous United States.
Can I pick up my order locally?
We're happy to ship your order straight away, but if you live close by and don't want any delivery fees then pick up is a great option. Simply select pickup at the checkout process, and we'll get in touch with you to set up a time and day for your pickup.
I've never ordered live plants online before, how are your products shipped?
When you order plants online, it's hard to know if they'll make their way safely. That's why we ship all of our orders within Canada securely wrapped in pot to prevent unnecessary movement and damage, and choose boxes carefully to optimize room for padding and insulation. In the winter, we even provide long-lasting heat packs as extra protection against cold temperatures.
USA orders are shipped bare-root and include a phytosanitary certificate so that plants can be safely delivered across borders without worrying about restrictions at customs. Please note that Pantry items are not eligible for international shipping.
*We understand that sometimes you may not be available to accept your delivery. If you will not be available please contact us to delay shipping, or to have your order held for pickup by your chosen carrier.
How do I add to an existing order?
If at a later time you wish to add to an existing order, remember that you don't need to pay for shipping twice. Instead, checkout as normal but select "Pickup/Add to Existing Order" as your delivery method. To ensure smooth delivery, please include your previous order number in the notes section of checkout. We'll do our best to combine your orders for you, and if there are any additional charges we will let you know.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac E-transfer.
